At or before you enter information, upload an image, purchase a signature, or submit a privacy request, Regardsly may handle the categories below. We collect only what is reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service.

Regardsly does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information. Please do not upload government identifiers, financial documents, health information, passwords, or other sensitive material.
Information we handle
Information you provide
The details placed in your signature, images you upload, checkout email, support messages, and privacy requests come directly from you. Signature text and unpurchased images stay in your browser; they are not sent to Regardsly while you design.
Information collected automatically
Netlify and Google Fonts may receive ordinary network information such as IP address, browser type, and request time when they deliver the site and fonts. Regardsly does not add behavioral analytics to those requests.
Information from Stripe
Stripe tells Regardsly whether a checkout session was paid and may return the customer email associated with that checkout. Stripe handles card and payment credentials under its own privacy and security practices.
How we use information
- Generate, preview, copy, and download your email signature.
- Host purchased signature images so recipients can see them.
- Process and verify the $15 one-time purchase.
- Remember your design and purchase reference on your device.
- Protect the service, prevent fraud, debug failures, and respond to support or privacy requests.
- Meet legal, accounting, security, and compliance obligations.
Regardsly does not use personal information for targeted advertising, data brokerage, or automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Service providers and disclosures
Regardsly uses a small number of providers only where needed to operate the product:
- Stripe processes checkout and payment verification.
- Netlify hosts the website, serverless functions, privacy request form, operational logs, and purchased signature images.
- Google Fonts delivers the typefaces used by the website and receives ordinary web-request information.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate abuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
No sale or sharing
Regardsly has not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising in the preceding 12 months. Regardsly does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Retention and deletion
Browser data remains on your device until you clear it, reset the design, or use the controls under Your Privacy Choices. Purchased image assets are eligible for automatic deletion 36 months after upload. Because deleting a hosted image can break signatures already installed in email, you may re-upload an active image before that period or request earlier deletion when it is no longer needed.
Payment records are retained by Stripe under its legal and operational requirements. Privacy-request records are generally retained for 24 months. Operational logs follow provider-configured schedules and are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for security and service delivery.
California privacy rights
California law may provide rights to know or access personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete information, receive information in a portable format, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service when exercising privacy rights.
Regardsly does not sell or share personal information and does not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require a limitation request. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.
How to exercise a right
Submit the form on Your Privacy Choices. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. Do not send sensitive documents unless specifically requested through a secure method.
Global Privacy Control
Regardsly recognizes Global Privacy Control signals. Since the site does not sell or share personal information or run targeted advertising, the signal is honored by default without changing product functionality.
Cookies and browser storage
Regardsly does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It uses local browser storage for three necessary purposes: remembering your signature design, retaining your paid checkout reference, and remembering that you have seen the privacy notice. You can inspect or clear the design under Your Privacy Choices.
When you choose to pay, Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies on its checkout page for security, fraud prevention, and payment processing. Those technologies are governed by Stripe’s policies.
Children
Regardsly is a business productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted.
Changes and contact
