Acceptance
By using Regardsly or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Notice at Collection. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the premium export features.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use Regardsly for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.
The service
Regardsly lets you design, preview, copy, and download an HTML email signature. It provides layouts, styling controls, image hosting after purchase, and general installation instructions for supported email applications.
Email clients frequently change how they sanitize, resize, cache, or display HTML. Regardsly is designed for broad compatibility, but exact rendering may vary by recipient, device, security settings, and email provider.
Purchase and license
One-time price
The advertised purchase price is $15 USD for one signature license unless a different amount is clearly shown before checkout. The purchase is not a subscription and does not automatically renew.
License
After successful payment, Regardsly grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and update one generated signature for yourself or one represented business identity. You may install that signature across your own email applications and devices.
The license does not permit reselling Regardsly templates, operating a competing signature-generation service from the output, sharing a paid unlock with unrelated users, or removing controls intended to enforce the purchase requirement.
Payment
Stripe processes payment. You agree to provide accurate checkout information and authorize the displayed charge. Taxes, if legally required, may be added or handled by the payment provider. See the Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
Your content
You retain ownership of names, text, logos, photos, banners, and other content you provide. You grant Regardsly a limited license to process and host that content solely to generate, deliver, maintain, secure, and support your signature.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use the content, including trademarks, photographs, social profiles, claims, and required professional or legal disclosures. Regardsly does not review signatures for industry-specific compliance.
Acceptable use
You may not use Regardsly to:
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation, credentials, or authority.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content.
- Distribute malware, phishing links, spam, or content intended to bypass security controls.
- Probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service except where law expressly permits.
- Use hosted assets as a general-purpose file-hosting service unrelated to a Regardsly signature.
Regardsly may restrict access to abusive content or infrastructure when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.
Availability, changes, and storage
We aim to keep the service available and image URLs reliable, but continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features, layouts, providers, and technical limits may change to improve security, compatibility, or performance.
Keep copies of original images and downloaded HTML. Hosted signature assets are eligible for deletion 36 months after upload, or earlier at your request or when required for security or legal reasons. Re-uploading an active image before expiration creates a new hosted asset.
Third-party services
Regardsly interacts with Stripe, Netlify, Google Fonts, and email applications such as Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. References to third-party products do not imply sponsorship or control.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regardsly is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We do not promise that every email client will render every design identically or that a signature alone satisfies legal, regulatory, accessibility, licensing, or professional requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regardsly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Regardsly’s aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the affected purchase or the minimum amount required by applicable law. This limitation does not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. Revised Terms apply prospectively from the published effective date. Material changes will be presented in a reasonably prominent way.
